Job Summary 
GentiBio is seeking Senior Associate Scientists to join our growing Discovery team in Cambridge, MA. We have openings available within early and late discovery groups. The successful candidates will design and perform in vitro/ex vivo assays and conduct data analysis in support of lead optimization and preclinical studies. We are searching for enthusiastic individuals who are passionate about making a difference in the lives of patients. Job Responsibilities 

• Foster the culture of seeking and giving help, inclusion, authenticity, and fun 
• Devise and conduct in vitro assays employing murine or human cell-based/derived systems 
• Isolate, culture, and engineer immune cells and execute cell-based assays to investigate Treg-cell phenotype and function by multicolor flow cytometry, ELISA, and gene expression analysis  
• Contribute ideas and implement new experimental protocols, troubleshooting assay development as necessary to further research initiatives 
• Work independently and collaboratively, ensuring regular communication with team members to convey data/results and align on goals 
• Ensure data is captured in electronic laboratory notebooks and databases  
• Conduct data analysis, interpret results, present findings at team and departmental meetings, and contribute to presentations, journal articles and posters 
• Regularly mine scientific literature for applications and research ideas that can be utilized to advance GentiBio programs 

Qualifications and Education Requirements 

• BS/MS in cell biology, immunology or related field with 2-5 of industry experience 
• Hands-on experience with primary immune cell culture 
• Prior experience developing and executing in vitro and/or ex vivo assays  
• Familiarity with immunological techniques, including multicolor flow cytometry and ELISA 
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, GraphPad Prism, and ELN/LIMS for data entry, analysis, and presentation 
• Strong attention to detail and demonstrated ability to execute experiments with rigor and maintain clear and complete records of lab work 
• Exceptional teamwork and communication skills with the ability to embrace change and multitask in a fast-growing environment
