Job Description:

Recruitomics Consulting is seeking a detail-oriented person with customer service or client-facing experience to onboard new team members and client companies. We are a growing, fully remote biotech recruiting consulting firm looking to build and improve our onboarding experience. 

The successful candidate will welcome and onboard new colleagues, including configuring software, providing introductory training, and ensuring they are set up for success. Similarly, you will also work closely with our recruiters and account managers to onboard new clients.

This person will also be the go-to for technical assistance questions and for creating and improving workflows for the company. The ideal candidate will have full-time availability, be comfortable working remotely, and display a can-do attitude.

This is a contract-to-permanent position


  • Create and maintain a superior onboarding experience, including initial technical set-up
  • Guide new colleagues and clients during the onboarding process
  • Collaborate with various departments to understand processes, identify inefficiencies, and build and/or streamline existing processes
  • Be the “go-to” person for all software systems-related questions
  • Partner with operations, recruiting, and HR teams members to improve accessibility in our workflows and inclusivity in our hiring and onboarding processes


  • BA/BS preferred
  • Experience with project/task management applications required, ClickUp experience preferred
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems required, Greenhouse and CATS preferred
  • Experience with Google Workspace and Missive or Slack preferred
  • Willingness to learn, engage with, and adapt to new softwares is critical
  • Comfortable troubleshooting, researching independently, and summarizing findings to key decision-makers
  • Solid written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • A high degree of motivation and initiative
  • Ability to multitask, manage conflicting priorities, and meet deadlines
  • Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and time management skills
