Job Summary GentiBio is seeking an experienced translational scientist to join our team in Boston, MA, and lead the translational development of EngTregs and other cellular therapies in our pipeline. Reporting to the VP of Translational Science, the successful candidate will lead the development of translational strategies to support IND enabling studies, including biodistribution and toxicology requirements in PoC studies. In addition, this individual will be responsible for establishing links between nonclinical studies and clinical indications, including defining relevant biomarkers, cellular kinetics, and clinically relevant endpoints. The incumbent will work cross-functionally, coordinating between Discovery, Bioanalytical Sciences, Manufacturing, and Clinical Development teams. This role offers exposure to multiple facets of an organizational and company build, a prominent leadership role within Translational Science and company at large, and an ample opportunity to be a high impact trailblazer in the emerging field of regulatory T-cell therapy.
