Job Description:
Recruitomics Consulting is looking for an energetic and tech-savvy person who would like to join our Human Resources and Operations team as an intern. We are a growing, fully remote recruiting consulting firm looking for the right person to help propel our busy biotech recruiting team forward. The ideal candidate will have a deep interest in growing our DEI platform and be willing to jump in and help out across a variety of HR and Operations tasks as needed. The ideal candidate will have part-time availability, be comfortable working remotely, and have a can-do attitude. This role offers an excellent opportunity to broaden your skillset and gain valuable experience to advance your career.

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Support our Human Resources department with DEI initiatives, including: 
    • Capturing meeting notes with clients and staff
    • Providing research for monthly newsletters
    • Coordinating Speakers and Moderators for events
    • Contact & Maintain relationships with Academic & STEM associations
  • Support our Human Resources department with:
    • Internal data entry as needed
    • Scheduling meetings as needed 
    • Creating SOPs and benefits guides as needed
    • Organizing employee recognition gifts
    • Organizing holiday gifts for clients and employees
    • Maintaining the company org chart
  • Support our Operations department with:
    • Website maintenance
    • Reviving our social media platforms
    • Taking meeting notes and assisting with Zoom configuration as needed
    • Hosting weekly meetings as needed
  • High school diploma required.
  • Experience with project/task management applications, including ClickUp, Monday, Asana, etc. preferred but not required
  • Experience with Google Calendar, Outlook, Teams, and Zoom
  • Keen attention to detail
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills a must
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • A high degree of motivation and initiative
  • Flexible and adaptable
*Must have a reliable PC/Mac/laptop and a reliable internet connection to successfully perform this role.
